Hao Wu has just joined us from Jaiotong University in Shanghai, he will be developing his project between now and September 2011
Our Master of Design students are scoping out the masters projects which they will develop over the next ten months. This is a snapshot of the research they have undertaken so far. Since September 2010 they’ve been working in teams, looking at the big issues facing design: this year exploring food systems with Fraser Bruce with critical input from Anab Jain. They are exploring design thinking, and realigning their past experiences with possible futures. Normally we hold a speed dating event in Dundee with insightful people in the UK, but because we are snowed in, we’re doing online dating. This has given us the opportunity to crowdsource wider insights: we’d welcome your comments on people we should talk to, projects we should look at and things we should read. Have a browse and leave us a comment or two.
